Job Description

The Healthcare Solutions Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving business development and application support for Infrastructure & Information Technology projects and services handled by Integrated Digital Network Sdn Bhd (IDNSB).

This involves working closely with clinics and hospitals, including those in the private and government networks, as well as other healthcare institutions within their assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive product and marketing activities for Infrastructure & Information Technology systems, including Hlink and PACS.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, prepare accurate proposals, and quotations.
  3. Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to clients, maintaining demo equipment in top working condition.
  4. Research and analyze competitor activities to develop effective business strategies.
  5. Identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring market penetration and educating clients on IDNSB's product/solutions benefits.
  6. Manage customer inquiries, preparing professional proposals and providing consistent follow-up and after-sales service.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to promote long-term partnerships.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare IT, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or technical roles within healthcare IT or medical imaging sectors or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CIS, PACS systems, DICOM standards, and healthcare IT Infrastructure is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
