As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Continental, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and compliance of quality management systems, internal and external customer requirements, and regulatory standards in the manufacturing facilities.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining local QMS documentation, ensuring quality standards and procedures are followed, and managing scrap reduction efforts and customer complaints.

You will also be responsible for managing quality records, performing special evaluations of product and process characteristics, and ensuring non-conforming products are handled properly.

Additionally, you will support activities on the shop floor to reduce scrap and rework, enforce company policies and regulations, and communicate relevant information to team members.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in a Science field or a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Facilities, preferably in Quality Management or any Engineering field.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
