The Head of IT at MR DIY International plays a critical role in shaping our technology strategy, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, aligning with business goals.
• Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Manage IT budgets and optimise costs while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Drive digitalisation and data analytics initiatives.

IT Infrastructure & Operations:

• Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications.
• Oversee IT service management, including incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Ensure system uptime and optimal performance for retail operations, including Point of Sale (POS) systems and supply chain technology.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management:

• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect company data and IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
• Lead risk management efforts by implementing proactive security measures and monitoring for potential threats.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or a fast-growing organisation.
