Job Description:

This role is all about ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As an Office Administrator, you'll be responsible for organizing meetings, managing documents, and supporting multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure seamless meeting execution.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize business records, contracts, and important documents in a secure and accessible manner.
  • Business Unit Support: Assist in overseeing multiple businesses, guaranteeing key tasks and deadlines are met, and coordinating with department heads and business managers to monitor performance.
  • Coordination and Organization: Ensure smooth coordination of personal and business commitments, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
