Requirements
  • Degree Holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years proven experience in digital transformation, digital strategy development, and project management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, including General Insurance related systems and operational processes.
  • Sharp conflict management and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
