Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing the overall L&D training plan and calendar.
- Coordinate and execute the Internship program to ensure timely placements.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide support to employees.
Requirements:
- Degree in Organizational Design, Educational or Organizational Psychology.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Learning & Development related areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
