As a key member of the South Asia Pacific Marine Division, you will be responsible for leading and managing all operations within the Marine Office, overseeing both Surveyors at all levels of seniority.

Operational Management
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the Marine Office.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of survey tasks.
  • Ensure that all office activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

You will also be responsible for monitoring operational performance and implementing improvements where necessary. In addition, you will need to ensure that all services are delivered in compliance with applicable international and local maritime regulations.

The ideal candidate will have +5 years experience in the maritime industry, with a strong understanding of international maritime regulations. Proven leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.
