Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to lead our RODI (Reverse Osmosis Deionization) system operations. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our RODI system, managing reliability, quality, cost, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of contractors to ensure site operations comply with all legal requirements and inspections.
  2. Supervise and monitor contractor performance, ensuring adherence to Western Digital's rules and regulations.
  3. Liaise with engineering and production personnel on RODI quality and consumption.
  4. Manage reliability, quality, cost, and safety in the RODI system.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve RODI-related issues at the plant and production floor.
  6. Manage RODI calibration of equipment and instruments, and unit operation of the plant.
  7. Lead, manage, and provide timely reports on facility operation of RODI monitoring parameters.
  8. Ensure IMS System or any certifications are complied with at all times.
  9. Prepare, maintain, and update documentation for RODI.
  10. Plan, monitor, and execute preventive maintenance for RODI.

Requirements

We're looking for a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in a related field. You should be able to manage routine workload and ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision, work independently and as part of a team, and have good analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
