We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Compliance, Digital Payments to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on regulatory matters related to digital payments, lending, and insurtech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on regulatory licensing and compliance with payments, insurance, lending regulations, credit card association rules, and consumer protection laws.
- Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop tailored compliance programs to mitigate legal risks.
- Draft and review contract provisions with vendors, customers, partners, and consultants.
Requirements:
- Admitted Solicitor in Singapore or Malaysia.
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and regulatory law.
- Strong knowledge of payments and financial services regulations.
