Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT project coordinator to join our team. As a project coordinator, you will play a key role in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in determining and defining project scope and objectives.
  • Help predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Support in developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Contribute to providing project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Assist in managing contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in IT project coordination and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in the retail or convenience store industry is also required. PMP, PRINCE, and/or ITIL certification is highly desirable.

You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build collaborative relationships with various stakeholders. A solid technical background, including understanding or hands-on experience in ERP, software development, web technologies, data platforms, and IoTs, is also essential.
