About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Operations Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting our business growth.

About the Role:

  • We require a candidate with a Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or relevant field, possessing a minimum of 3 years' experience in handling account tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this position.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the management of day-to-day business operations.
  2. Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of General Ledger.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in handling account tasks.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills.
