This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Robotic Warehouse Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory, manpower, and warehouse expenses
  • Troubleshoot physical stock and system variance issues
  • Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies based on stock forecasts
  • Collaborate with commercial, logistics, and corporate sales teams

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
  • At least 7 years of operations experience in warehousing, preferably e-commerce
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with robotic warehouse operations and systems like RMS and GTP
  • Experience with WMS and related processes
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures, cycle counts, and stock take processes
