- Provide technical support in the customer service center, including phone systems, email systems, online chat tools, etc.
- Resolve technical issues encountered by customers during product or service use.
- Assist the customer service team in improving quality and efficiency, such as introducing new tools or processes.
- Research and evaluate new technologies for suitability in the customer service center.
- Maintain and update systems for proper functioning.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for other staff.
