As Construction Systems Leader, you will be responsible for leading our building systems initiatives in Malaysia, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive country growth and profitability targets.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the overall product range of a construction chemical supplier, excellent computer skills, including PowerPoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet applications, and strong organisational, communication, inter-personal, leadership, and management skills. They will also have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar industry and a degree in any discipline, preferably an Engineering degree.

As Construction Systems Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and helping the Spec team, KPMs, and TMMs prepare technical proposals for all possible solutions, working with the KPMs, TMMs, and/or RSMs to prepare a plan of activities for these accounts/projects, and coordinating the code 1 approval procedure for each product together with the sales team.
