Job Description

Purchasing Manager Position Summary

  • Lead a team of 2-4 in managing the overall purchasing activities of the organization.
  • Sourcing and purchasing of commodities, machinery/equipment, spare parts, tools, machine & maintenance services, building & facilities maintenance as well as other general office items.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supplier selection and pricing negotiations.
  2. Manage all aspects of supplier contracts, including contract renewals, terminations, and compliance monitoring, to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  3. Review and improve procurement processes & monitor inventory.
  4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  5. Prepare reports on purchasing performance for management.
Requirements

Diploma/Degree holder with relevant experience is required.

  • 5+ years experience in purchasing/procurement/sourcing activities.
  • Senior Executive with team lead experience are welcome to apply.
