- Work closely with directors to set and achieve business goals, leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- Oversee multi-location operations as the clinic expands, managing teams and resources effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in customer service and/or operations, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or retail.
- Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in process improvement and problem-solving, with a track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
