About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Hull Engineering Manager to lead our engineering and design activities for FPSO hull and marine facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a multi-disciplinary engineering and design team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate engineering and design activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Lead and direct a team of engineers and designers in the development of engineering deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering designs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipyards, suppliers, and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in FPSO projects, covering the full project lifecycle from FEED to delivery.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams in an FPSO environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
