As a Veeam Advocate, you will be responsible for promoting Veeam's solutions and driving adoption within your assigned territory.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to develop and execute advocacy strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling existing products and services.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive level decision-makers.
- Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase customer engagement.
- Managing customer accounts and developing strategic plans to drive growth and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experience in one or more of the following: Sales, Account Management, Customer Success Account Management, Renewals.
- Proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPIs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the proven ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines and quotas.
- Ability to work in a semi-autonomous and fast-paced environment.
