About the Role

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner. This includes ensuring compliance with company policies and vendor agreements.

  • We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance-related role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.

Responsibilities

The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Performing monthly reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers and vendor statements
