Key Responsibilities

The Operational Risk Leader will be responsible for leading our operational risk management efforts, developing and implementing effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.

The successful candidate will work closely with our risk management team to identify and address operational vulnerabilities.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational risk management programs to protect against emerging threats.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address operational vulnerabilities.
  • Provide expert advice on operational risk management best practices and technologies.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in operational risk management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in operational risk management or a related field.
  • Certification in operational risk management (e.g. ORMP, FIRM) an added advantage.
  • Membership to operational risk management professional organizations (e.g. IRM, AIRMIC) an added advantage.
