About This Role

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Leader Energy Holding, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success through effective HR strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing key HR functions such as payroll, statutory compliance, employee benefits, HR reporting, performance management, work permits, and office administration.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Process monthly payroll accurately and timely across all Malaysian business units.

  2. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations (EPF, SOCSO, IRB, EIS) and up-to-date alignment with labour laws and regulations.

  3. Support the execution of the annual performance review process across all Leader Energy Malaysia entities.

  4. Monitor probation reviews and provide relevant updates to management.

  5. Compile and present HR analytics and dashboards for business insights.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 6–7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a similar capacity.

  • Proven experience in managing HRIS systems and end-to-end payroll functions.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
