Role Overview

This freelance position involves discreetly assessing customer experiences at luxury stores or online platforms. Your honest feedback will help these premium brands improve their services.

  • Flexibility: Each assignment takes approximately 20 minutes, allowing you to complete multiple tasks within your preferred timeframe.
  • Frequent Opportunities: You'll have the chance to work with several prestigious brands worldwide, engaging with sales associates in-store or online from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
  • Select Assignments: Align your missions with your personal preferences and profile.
  • Evaluate Customer Experiences: Observe carefully, checking the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
  • Provide Feedback: Use our platform to share your observations through questionnaires.
Requirements

  • No current contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
