We are looking for a talented Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to join our team in Malaysia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing national promotions, new product launches, and trade displays.

Key responsibilities include:

  • National Promotions Management: Execute all aspects of national promotions, including POSM purchases, APC preparation, delivery, tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Sampling Execution: Lead sampling execution with the sales team by preparing sampling outlet lists and managing issues faced by the sales team and agency.
  • Forecasting: Ensure national promotion forecast volumes align with budget or profit and loss expectations.
  • (Display Conformance): Prepare display conformance photo reports for incentive purposes.
  • Trade Display Budget Management: Manage additional trade display budgets to drive extra displays for campaigns and new products, as well as claim trade display listing fees for new products.
  • Post Promo Evaluation: Prepare national promotion post-promo evaluations and share results with internal teams.
  • New Product Launch Preparation: Establish quantities of listing samples and packs to deliver to the sales team for new product launches.
  • Sales Bulletin Preparation: Prepare sales bulletins for sales managers to brief sales representatives and merchandisers during month-end meetings.
  • Clearance Fund/Listing Fees Management: Clear clearance funds and manage listing fees.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum degree in business or marketing.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience, with at least 3 years in category development.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
