    • Ccoordinate with suppliers in China and other overseas locations to manage import shipments.
    • Ensure compliance with import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and relevant documentation.
    • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any transportation delays or issues.
    • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams for smooth import processes.
  • In-Country Deliveries:
    • Plan and manage local delivery schedules to ensure timely dispatch and customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with transporters and drivers for efficient distribution planning.
    • Monitor and optimize delivery routes to improve cost-efficiency and on-time deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to frequent communication with China-based suppliers and clients.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and logistics management.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with transportation planning and last-mile delivery management.
