Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to a team of Data Engineers to complete dataset developments on schedule.
  • Partner with our Data Modelers to develop datasets that meet business needs, strategize good data design, and plan for work priority.
  • Strategize with Data Analytic teams to architect and refactor data pipelines for more efficient resource utilization.
  • Enforce best practices on data pipelines to improve efficiency and ensure quality support the enterprise to increase data literacy with good data design and metadata publications; train and evangelize our data products across teams to increase data reusability and support Etiqa's data-driven culture.
  • Attend weekly business reviews with Etiqa leadership team to align our work products with Etiqa business goals.
