About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the MPDE team, you will be responsible for conducting tooling/fixture and equipment design/maintenance to support new product pilot runs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with vendors to set up/debug automation machines.
  • Providing technical support to manufacturing during pilot runs and production start-ups/change overs.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting complex mechanical problems for automation lines.
  • Maintaining automation equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with automated assembly machines.
  • Familiarity with Vision Inspection, PLC, Pneumatics, and other motion control devices.
  • Robot knowledge a plus.
  • Interfacing skills between mechanical and electrical disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Pro-E or SolidWorks, AutoCAD software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
