Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our hotel, ensuring the well-being of our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of awareness and vigilance to prevent and respond to potential security threats.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including the lobby, corridors, and guest rooms.
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activity.
  • Ensure that all security protocols and procedures are followed, including access control and key management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in security and guest services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a security or guest services role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
