Insurance Benefits Processor

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team at International Catalyst Services, LLC.
This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur Shared Services Operations Office and involves working in a hybrid environment.
About the Role:The Hong Kong ASO Contact Centre is responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance in Employee Benefits Claims line.
The contact centre team works closely with customers to resolve complaints, investigate issues, and provide timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Claims registration, processing and adjudication within turnaround time.
- Claims settlement computation and verification of reimbursements from members/panel providers.
- Monitoring and follow-up on unsettled claims with members and/or outstanding information from clients/panel providers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering excellent customer service to clients via phone call or email.
- Following up on customer calls where necessary.
- Managing claims status, disputes, enrolment processes, program details and account management tasks.
- Liaising with internal and external clients to resolve problems effectively.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of claims (outpatient/in-patient claims) or Employee Benefits programs.
- Insurance terminology knowledge.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, attention to detail, compliance and process-driven approach.
- Team player with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently within tight timelines and contribute to team goals.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese language and Cantonese/English dialects is mandatory.
