Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate the financial standing of bidders and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Financial Planning: Prepare and provide forecast Profit and Loss analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Cash Flow Management: Prepare and provide forecast and reforecast of cash flows to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Work closely with the cost controller coordinator to understand and assess the basis, sufficiency, and completeness of month-end accruals.
  • Financial Evaluation: Represent Finance in performing financial evaluation for bidder's financial standing as part of Contract and Procurement's requirements.
  • System Updates: Work closely with the Hibiscus Malaysia Group and Corporate Reporting Team to update SUN and MAXIMO Systems for efficiency and financial controls purposes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent qualification from recognized universities.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting, planning, or similar field, preferably in the upstream Oil and Gas industry.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in SUN Systems and Microsoft Office applications, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Professional Qualifications: Possess professional qualifications such as CA ANZ, ICAEW, ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
