We are seeking a Quality Process Excellence Specialist to join our team at Upscale Sdn Bhd. This challenging opportunity involves leading the quality function for assigned product technology and process, ensuring quality and stability through Technology Transfer and Technology Development.
About the Position- Drive quality initiatives across the organization, leveraging 7-10 years of experience in Quality Engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve quality targets.
- Apply your expertise in FMEA and risk assessments to moderate new tool/process releases, ensuring seamless integration.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
- Degree / Master / PhD in Electrical/Electronic, Physics, Material Engineering, or equivalent engineering or science discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor technology / Wafer fabrication / Quality Engineering.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage audiences.
