The Job:
We're looking for a self-driven Principal SI/PI Engineer with strong experience in simulation and verification to join our System-Signal integrity and Power Integrity team in San Jose. This team provides signal integrity and power integrity support for AECG products, ensuring their quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead PCB and RF system signal integrity and power integrity support
- Establish design and layout guidelines for AECG characterization board and demo board design
- Work with HW design team, layout team, NPI, and manufacturing vendors to resolve SI/Stackup related issues
- Perform end-to-end channel simulations for multi-gigabit serial lines like 56Gbps, 112Gbps, and beyond
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MS or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering specializing in areas related to SI/PI
- 10 years working experience on signal integrity and power integrity at system level of high-speed digital systems
