Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to reach target audiences through digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and coordination.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to inform future marketing decisions and optimise results.
Content Creation and Management:
  • Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content to promote the company's brand and services.
  • Design and implement effective social media content calendars to engage with customers and increase brand visibility.
  • Support content creation for websites, email marketing campaigns, and other marketing channels to maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new marketing opportunities to enhance the company's marketing strategy.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and inform marketing decisions.
  • Analyse data to assess campaign performance and make informed decisions to improve future marketing efforts.
Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Organise events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional events to showcase the company's products and services.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee communication to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Support the execution of webinars and other virtual marketing events to expand the company's reach and engagement.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and marketing agencies to execute marketing projects and achieve common goals.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and service providers to foster partnerships and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse data and inform marketing decisions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
