The role of a Brand and Marketing Strategist at FeedMe involves overseeing the company's brand identity, developing high-quality content, and collaborating closely with the CEO to define and execute marketing strategies.

This position will also involve assisting the Digital Marketing team with campaign execution and leading a small team of content creators and designers to deliver impactful marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Create and enforce brand guidelines to ensure all communications align with the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Conduct market research to understand brand positioning, customer perceptions, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor brand performance and recommend strategies to enhance brand equity and market share.

Content Development:

  • Lead the creation of compelling content (e.g., blogs, videos, infographics, social media posts) that resonates with target audiences.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, and website content.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's messaging and values.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to create thought leadership content and strategic messaging.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Work closely with the CEO to define the company's overall marketing strategy, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Translate the marketing strategy into actionable plans and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing team in executing campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the DM team to analyze campaign performance, optimize efforts, and provide actionable insights for future initiatives

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of content creators and designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Manage workflows and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials.
