Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders from initiation to completion in a timely manner, managing inventory levels and assisting with product availability inquiries.
  • Daily track and perform integration between backend systems, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales administration or similar role, preferably in FMCG.
  • Fresh graduates who are willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Ms Excel), attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships, with a friendly demeanor.
