- Assist in preparing A&P claims, sales reports, and analyzing performance metrics, fostering an environment of collaboration and positivity.
- Coordinate communication between sales teams, customers, and other departments, providing exceptional support to a passionate team.
- Manage daily tasks, including scheduling meetings and tracking order fulfillment, while maintaining accurate records and addressing customer inquiries promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales administration or similar role, preferably in FMCG.
- Fresh graduates who are willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Ms Excel), attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships, with a friendly demeanor.
