In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues in the semiconductor industry. Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough analyses to determine root causes of problems. This includes using various techniques such as SEM/EDX, SRP, AFM/SCM, and AES to gather data and insights. Your findings will then inform corrective actions aimed at enhancing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness within your area of responsibility.
You will also support high-impact jobs independently, serving as the FA representative during meetings. Delivering comprehensive results and reports is crucial in leading to root cause investigations. Additionally, you will execute KPIs and assigned projects, manage the PFA Flow & ICO jobs submission and distribution, and ensure compliance with lab instructions, VA, APA, and SOP.
This position requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Applied Science with a major in Physics/Chemistry/Material Science is preferred, along with 0-1 years of experience in the semiconductor or failure analysis field.
