Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end IPO execution process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Coordinating kick-off meetings, conducting due diligence, drafting and finalising the information memorandum, and handling queries from regulatory authorities.
  • Oversight of supporting team members where necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, sound knowledge of the capital markets/investment banking industry, and strong analytical skills.

Requirements:
  • Candidates must have experience with IPOs on the LEAP Market. Experience with listings on the ACE Market or Main Market is an added advantage.
  • Highly motivated and hard-working individual with the right attitude.
  • A degree or professional qualification from an institution recognised by the Government of Malaysia, preferably in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years relevant experience in corporate finance advisory, specifically with a corporate finance advisory firm or an investment bank.
