About the Job

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Telesales Executive, responsible for selling financial products over the phone to both existing and new customers.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Ensure accurate data submission with minimal errors prior to forwarding to the Sales Support Unit.
  3. Develop strong relationships with customers, providing quality service and resolving customer issues during sales interactions.
  4. Stay updated on competitors' activities and products.
  5. Handle customer complaints and provide workable solutions to prevent dissatisfaction or disputes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Hold a minimum of SPM or recognized diploma/degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in telesales is beneficial.
  • Excellent interactive and communication skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Display enthusiasm, aggressiveness, self-motivation, and drive to achieve outstanding sales results.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
