Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the secretarial staff assigned under him/her (if any).
  • Be responsible and accountable in preparing resolutions, notice, agenda of meetings, convene and attend Board, shareholders and board committee/management meetings and drafting of minutes.

Requirements:

  • ICSA qualification and a member of MAICSA or Bachelor of Law / Law Degree with company secretarial experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years of work experience in Corporate Secretarial.
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
