Job Duties
We are seeking an experienced Employment Services Coordinator to join our team at DKSH Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Your duties will also include coordinating with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees, and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve the effectiveness of our recruitment processes.

A successful candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, and HR tools is essential. A good command of spoken and written English is required. We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree in HR or any related field and at least 3 years of work experience in shared services with accounting and technology recruitment.
