- Problem Analysis and Resolution: Conduct thorough problem analysis and provide effective solutions to technical issues.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document technical specifications, workflows, and issue resolutions, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations and drive issue resolution processes.
- Technical Expertise: At least 3 years of development experience, with the ability to support and enhance systems (not pure development role).
- Data Integration Knowledge: Understanding of data integration points, including report generation.
- Scripting Skills: Proficiency in shell scripting (e.g., ksh, perl) and intermediate level proficiency in Java and SQL/PL-SQL.
- Database Experience: Experience with Oracle databases for data extraction and reporting.
- Operating System Knowledge: Familiarity with Unix, Linux, and NT operating systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Issue Resolution: Ability to drive and coordinate issue resolution processes.
- Actimize Experience: Experience with Actimize modules such as RCM/ActOne, SAM, and UDM.
- Additional Skills: Additional scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) and knowledge of Solaris, Red Hat, and AIX environments.
- AML Compliance: Familiarity with AML compliance and transaction monitoring concepts.
- System Integration: Experience in system integration and middleware solutions.
