Company Information:

JAC Recruitment is a prominent recruitment agency dedicated to linking talented individuals with top companies. We're seeking a Strategic Sales Executive to spearhead commercial growth and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Chief Customer Officer and Management team to formulate and execute sales plans to identify and capture new customers and expand existing key accounts.

  2. Create and manage sales pipelines, establish budgets, track performance, and engage in sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets through profitable growth.

  3. Employ consultative selling methods to craft proposals that meet customers' needs based on products and services, including Total Packaging Solutions, logistics, and sustainable packaging.

  4. Examine project financials and viability, preparing business cases for Management approval.

  5. Present periodic sales reports and updated forecasts.

Requirements:

  1. Degree or Diploma holder.

  2. 2-3 years of experience preferably in manufacturing or supply chain/logistics industry.

  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration Package:

A competitive remuneration package, including a car allowance, incentives, and commissions.
