About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with QE and senior QE personnel to analyze process yields, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring production line yields and collaborating with team members to resolve issues.
- Conducting experiments and process capability studies to enhance quality and yield.
- Aiding in data collection and following up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
- Maintaining open communication channels throughout the production line and ensuring seamless shift transitions.
- Participating in MRB meetings to ensure proper disposition of discrepant material.
- Guiding Quality Technicians in creating effective visual aids for inspections and collecting key dimension data for SPC analysis.
- Ensuring process compliance with Deviation Authorization and staying updated on changes to effective and expiry dates.
- Contributing to the implementation of new processes and following up on estimated effective dates.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders. Additionally, they should have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
