Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct project scoping, feasibility studies, requirement gathering, planning, system analysis and design, costing, control, monitoring, reporting, quality, and people management to ensure software quality in terms of functionalities, reliability, performance, security, and ease of maintenance.
  2. Mitigate issues and escalate them to management as necessary.
  3. Lead, delegate, monitor, and verify tasks for the technical team to perform software development, implementation, and support.
  4. Prepare PMO documentation and ensure all project documents/codes are properly managed.
  5. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the development team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of seven years of experience working on enterprise-level application development with Microsoft products (.NET, WCF, MSSQL) and Cloud Native Technology (Containers and Microservices).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, Incremental).
  • Strong goals setting and task prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Excellent communication/presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and possess domain knowledge in Leisure and Hospitality Industry (Ticketing or Hotel System). Excellent team player and builder with leadership skills, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement capabilities.
