About the Role

As a key member of TIME's group, the Solution Consultant / Business Analyst will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning: Define project scope, create detailed plans, and set timelines to ensure successful project outcomes.
  2. Resource Management: Allocate resources, manage the project team, and ensure the availability of necessary tools to facilitate project execution.
  3. Execution and Monitoring: Oversee project activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines to meet client expectations.
  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to minimize project impact.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations by implementing quality control measures.
  6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the project budget, track expenses, and report financial status to stakeholders.
  7. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and keep them informed of project status through regular updates.
  8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records and ensure all project documentation is accurate and accessible for future references.
  9. Compliance: Ensure project activities comply with organizational policies and industry standards to maintain a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in Information Technology or technical fields are preferred.
  • Proven at least 2 years' experience as a IT Project Manager, preferably in the relevant industry (e.g., technology).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients, stakeholders, or project teams.
