About the Position
  • In this critical role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP security solutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.
  • With your extensive knowledge of SAP Security, GRC Access Controls, and GRC Process Controls, you will drive system integration and ensure seamless interaction between SAP security, GRC access controls, and SAP Steady State Operations and Support.
  • As a key member of our team, you will work closely with IM tower leads to provide solutions within steady state support models, supporting business operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Responsibilities
  1. Lead the SAP Security and GRC team, providing functional support and gathering business requirements to inform SAP security solution development.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, driving process improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of our SAP security solutions.
  3. Develop, test, and implement solution improvements to increase stability, usability, and functionality, enabling end users to meet business objectives.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP security best practices and emerging trends, applying this knowledge to stay ahead of potential security risks and threats.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP, specifically in the SAP Security modules.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Security, GRC Access Controls, and GRC Process Controls, as well as system integration principles.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
