F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG invites applications for the position of Roche Financial Operations Assistant. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality financial services to our global clients.
About the RoleThis role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in financial operations, process optimization, and relationship management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Financial Transaction Support: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and other financial reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Knowledge Development: Develop knowledge and capability to meet current and future business needs.
Key accountabilities include:
- Support Assistant Manager and Managers with daily work coordination.
- Deliver services accurately and within defined KPIs and SLAs.
- Contribute to compliance audits and respond to audit queries as necessary.
