About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. As a critical member of our Greenfield Semiconductor manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring seamless production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels to meet production demands.
  • Kitting Operations: Oversee the kitting process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of materials to production lines.
  • Receiving and Inbound Management: Supervise the receiving and inspection of materials, ensuring quality standards are met.

As an Inventory Control Specialist at Brooks Automation, you will work closely with the production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely supply of materials. You will identify opportunities for improving warehouse processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally in Semiconductor or High-Tech manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of kitting, receiving, and inbound activities in a production environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
