  • First Article Submissions: Handle and approve First Article Submissions, ensuring that all necessary documentation and testing are completed.
  • Customer Requirements: Understand and ensure compliance with customer requirements, including GD&T and technical drawings.
  • Quality Standards: Monitor, maintain, and continually improve quality standards, ensuring that all processes meet the highest standards.
  • Quality Issues: Resolve quality issues with internal and external parties, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Measuring Equipment: Maintain calibration of measuring equipment, ensuring that all equipment is accurate and reliable.
  • Non-Conformances: Review and approve disposition actions for non-conformances, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to resolve the issue.
  • 8D Reports: Create 8D reports, documenting all quality issues and actions taken to resolve them.
  • First Article Product and Process Development: Involve in the development of first article products and processes, ensuring that all quality standards are met.
  • ISO System: Assist in maintaining the ISO system, including reports, follow-up, and closure.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering: Hold a degree or diploma in engineering, preferably in a relevant field such as precision engineering or semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in precision engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Quality Check Experience: Have experience with hands-on quality checks of precision parts against GD&T or technical drawings.
  • ISO Systems Experience: Have experience with ISO systems and management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
