Job Summary

The Accounting & Tax Associate will work closely with the Accounting and Tax team to deliver excellent services to clients. This role will report to the Accounting and Tax Supervisor/Assistant Manager.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Improve service timelines, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency in Client Accounting and Tax Services.
  2. Support the Client Accounting team in delivering services to TMF Group clients.
  3. Ensure services are delivered according to established processes and work procedures, and in compliance with TMF policies and Internal Control requirements.
  4. Participate in the Client Accounting and Tax Services team to meet service standards through training and on-the-job coaching.
  5. Backup and assist with Client Accounting and Tax Services tasks.
  6. Liaise with auditors, stakeholders, and tax agents.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or equivalent.
  2. Sound knowledge of international and local accounting principles and practices, and financial reporting.
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Good command of both spoken and written English.
  5. Demonstrated self-starter with high initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply (Junior Positions are available).
