As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for various financial tasks, including preparing and finalizing daily invoices, attending to partner inquiries, and providing administrative support to the Finance Department.
Responsibilities- Financial Tasks:
- Prepare and finalize daily invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billable disbursements.
- Attend to partner inquiries regarding draft invoices and provide timely responses.
- Issue payment vouchers for approval and posting into the system.
- Post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and disbursements.
- Perform bank reconciliations for company accounts.
- Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with a Diploma or Degree in accounting and/or a recognized professional accounting qualification.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- Possess strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Core Matter Accounting software (training provided for the right candidate).
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate good attitude, teachability, and initiative to learn.
